Description

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, breathing, and meditation to cultivate and regulate qi — the body's vital energy. It supports physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through balanced, mindful practice.

This class helps students relax both body and mind while improving strength, balance, and flexibility. Beginners will receive a gentle introduction, while experienced students can deepen and refine their practice.

This Beginner Level class suitable for students of all ages and skill levels.
