Yang-Style Tai Chi is the most popular and widely practiced form of Tai Chi. Its movements are larger, gentle, slow and evenly-paced. Regular practice of Yang-Style Tai Chi improves general health as the exercise keeps your joints flexible and your bones and muscles strong.

In this class, students will learn the fundamental movements and techniques of Yang-Style Tai Chi through a step-by-step introduction to the Yang-Style Tai Chi 13 Form. Students will receive detailed instruction on, and practice with, the Yang-Style standing postures, hand forms, and stepping.

Prerequisites: This class is suitable for students of all levels and all ages.
