Tai Chi Flow focuses on teaching the fundamental postures and movements that form the essence of Tai Chi. Rather than teaching a particular form, simple combinations of foundational movements are taught that allow students to focus on the core principles of Tai Chi without having to be concentrate on a complex set of movements.
Seasonal Qi Gong is a tailored series of Health Qi Gong exercises designed by Master Amin Wu to promote health and wellness in harmony with seasonal changes.
In this class, students will get relaxation for both their body and mind and improve their strength, balance, and flexibility. Beginners will get a gentle introduction to Tai Chi and Qi Gong while advanced students will be able to refine and improve their foundational skills.
Prerequisites: This class is suitable for students of all levels and all ages.
