Wu-Style Tai Chi Broadsword

傳統吳式太極刀

Description

Wu-Style Tai Chi is characterized by subtle small-circle techniques combined with large-frame circular movements, making it especially effective for improving balance and flexibility.

The Tai Chi Broadsword is a traditional weapon used for both self-defense and combat. The form blends the distinctive movements and principles of Wu-Style Tai Chi with the artistic and martial applications of the broadsword.

In addition to learning broadsword, students also will continue to refine foundational movements and deepen their understanding of the Wu-Style Tai Chi Chuan.
