Description

The Tai Chi Flow class focuses on fundamental postures and movements that embody the essence of Tai Chi.

Rather than focusing on a specific form, this class teaches simple combinations of foundational movements, allowing students to concentrate on the core principles of Tai Chi without the complexity of a long sequence.

In this class, students will relax both body and mind while improving strength, balance, and flexibility. Beginners will enjoy a gentle introduction to Tai Chi, while more experienced students can refine and deepen their foundational skills.

Prerequisites

This class is suitable for students of all ages and skill levels. No prior Tai Chi experience is required.
