Description

The Tai Chi Boot Camp class focuses on intense training of foundational Tai Chi skills. The first part of class will be comprised of warm-up exercises (Zhan Zhuang) and drills (stepping, kicking, etc) to prepare for training. The second part of class will do deep into and training of a fundamental Tai Chi principle.

Dui Lian is a two-person Yang-Style Tai Chi form that serves as the first step toward learning Tui Shou.

Prerequisites

This class is open to advanced students who have completed at least two empty-hand (chuan) classes and one weapons class with Sifu Amin Wu.
