In this workshop, Sifu Wu will present a comprehensive overview of Hao-Style Tai Chi. She will begin with the fundamental stances, footwork, and handforms, then explore the foundational postures that can be applied across Hao-Style forms. The workshop will conclude with applications and practical training guidance to help refine and deepen your practice.

This workshop is appropriate for both beginners seeking to establish a strong foundation in Hao-Style Tai Chi as well as experienced practitioners looking to refine structure, deepen internal connection, and receive direct correction and guidance from Sifu Wu.

The Tai Chi Cane transforms a simple walking stick into a versatile training tool grounded in the Tai Chi principles of balance, coordination, and the interplay of softness and strength. Drawing on traditional Da Mo Staff methods, it uses the cane as an effective training instrument for cultivating fitness and mindful movement.

The workshop will be presented in two parts. In the morning, Sifu Wu will teach essential cane techniques and their integration within Tai Chi forms. In the afternoon, she will introduce a short Tai Chi Cane form designed to cultivate coordination, flow, and stability within a relaxed yet structured practice.
