Yang-Style Tai Chi is the most popular and widely practiced form of Tai Chi. Its movements are larger, gentle, slow and evenly-paced. Regular practice of Yang-Style Tai Chi improves general health for the practitioner as the exercise keeps the joints flexible and the bones and muscles strong.
The Yang-Style Tai Chi In-Depth class focuses on intense training of foundational Tai Chi skills.
In this class, students will practice the fundamental movements of Yang-Style Tai Chi, including standing postures, hand techniques, stepping, and foundational transitions.
Prerequisites: This class is suitable for intermediate level students who are familiar with Yang-Style Tai Chi.
Tuesdays: 7:30pm – 8:30pm (PST) with Sifu Amin Wu and Dino Oliva
