Yang-style tai chi 88 Form
Yang-Style Tai Chi is called Tai Chi for general health. It is the most popular and widely practiced form of Tai Chi. Its movements are larger, gentle, slow and evenly-paced. Regular practice of Yang-Style Tai Chi improves general health for the practitioner as the exercise keeps the joints flexible and the bones and muscles strong.
In this class, students will receive step-by-step instruction for the Yang-Style Tai Chi 88 Form, an advanced level form that incorporates the movements and choreography of the traditional Yang-Style Tai Chi form.
Prerequisites: This class is suitable for intermediate-to-advanced level students of all ages. Students need to have learned the Yang-style Tai Chi 24 Form or 32 Form Tai Chi in order to take this class.
Note: This is a continuation of the class from our last session, which covered 2/3 of the form.
