Wu-style tai chi Traditional Form

Wu-Style Tai Chi is characterized by small circle subtle techniques mixed with some large frame circular movements that are best for improving balance and flexibility.

In this class students will learn the traditional Wu-Style long (93) form. Students will practice foundational steps and techniques of Wu-Style Tai Chi, refine the details of each form, and study their applications.

Prerequisites: This class is suitable for students of all levels and all ages.
