Wu-Style Tai Chi Traditional Form

吳式太極拳傳統套路

Wu-Style Tai Chi is characterized by subtle small-circle techniques combined with large-frame circular movements, making it especially effective for improving balance and flexibility.

The Wu-Style 93 Form, also known as the Traditional Form, emphasizes relaxation and the cultivation of internal energy, with the breath and mind guiding each movement.

In this class, students will practice the foundational steps and techniques of Wu-Style Tai Chi, refine the details of each movement, and explore their practical applications.

Prerequisites: This class is suitable for students of all levels and all ages.
