Wu-Style Tai Chi is characterized by subtle small-circle techniques combined with large-frame circular movements, making it especially effective for improving balance and flexibility.
In this class, students will learn foundational steps and practice techniques of Wu-Style Tai Chi through an introduction to the Wu-Style 24 Form.
Prerequisites: This class is suitable for beginners with no prior Tai Chi experience.
