吳式太極拳93式 (續上學期)

Wu-Style Tai Chi is characterized by small circle subtle techniques mixed with some large frame circular movements that are best for improving balance and flexibility.

This class will cover the final two sections (Sections 5 & 6) of the traditional 93 Form. Students will continue refining foundational movements, explore advanced techniques, and deepen their understanding of the forms.

Prerequisite: Open to students of all levels who are already familiar with Sections 1–4 of the Wu-Style 93 Form.
