Wu-style tai chi 37 Form

Wu-Style Tai Chi is characterized by small-circle subtle techniques intermixed with large-frame circular movements that help improve balance to prevent falls.

In this class, students will learn the foundational steps and techniques of Wu-Style Tai Chi through step-by-step instruction and practice combinations of fundamental movements.

The Wu-Style Tai Chi 37 Form contains all essential Wu-Style postures and movements found in the traditional Long (93) Form but with less repetition.

Prerequisites: This class is suitable for intermediate level students who have already learned a Wu-Style beginner level form.
