Description
Tai Chi is a renowned internal martial art that has evolved into a system of exercise and meditation, known for its slow, flowing movements and deep mind–body integration.
This class offers advanced-level training across multiple styles of Tai Chi, providing a comprehensive foundation for serious practitioners.
Students will refine their fundamental skills and explore forms, applications, philosophy, and key Tai Chi principles. The training also supports those interested in developing the skills needed to assist, teach, or perform when opportunities arise.
Prerequisites
This class is designed for advanced students who have completed at least two empty-hand (chuan) classes and one weapons class with Sifu Amin Wu.
