太極精進班

Tai Chi is a renowned internal martial art that has evolved into a system of exercise and meditation, characterized by slow, flowing movements.

This class will focus on advanced-level Tai Chi and instructor training across all five major Tai Chi styles: Chen, Yang, Hao, Wu, and Sun.

In this class, students will take a deep dive into fundamental training, forms, applications, philosophy, and concepts, while also receiving instruction on how to lead Tai Chi classes.

Prerequisites: This class is suitable for advanced level students of all ages.
