Tai Chi Flow – Tai Chi For General Health

The Tai Chi Flow class focuses on teaching the fundamental postures and movements that form the essence of Tai Chi. Rather than teaching a particular form, simple combinations of foundational movements are taught that allow students to focus on the core principles of Tai Chi without having to be concentrate on a complex set of movements.
In this class, students will get relaxation for both their body and mind and improve their strength, balance, and flexibility. Beginners will get a gentle introduction to Tai Chi while advanced students will be able to refine and improve their foundational skills.
Prerequisites: This class is suitable for students of all levels and all ages.
