Description
The Tai Chi Cane uses a simple walking stick as a versatile training tool, applying Tai Chi principles of balance, coordination, and the interplay of softness and strength. Drawing on traditional Da Mo Staff methods, it transforms an everyday cane into an effective practice apparatus for fitness and mindful movement.

The Tai Chi Cane Form includes thirty-six movements arranged in four sections of nine, which may be practiced individually or as a continuous sequence.

In this class, students will learn essential cane techniques and the full 36-movement form, developing coordination, flow, and stability in a relaxed, accessible practice suitable for adults of all ages.

Don’t miss this rare opportunity to learn Tai Chi Cane directly from Sifu Amin Wu, the creator of this unique routine.

Prerequisites
This class is suitable for intermediate level students of all ages. A link to purchase a cane will be provided if needed
