Sun-Style Tai Chi combines traditional Tai Chi with elements from Xing Yi Quan and Bagua Zhang. Regular practice of Sun-Style Tai Chi enhances blood circulation, strengthens muscles, and increases joint flexibility.

Sun-Style Tai Chi 24 Form is composed of 24 selected essential movements from the traditional forms. This beginner level routine is easy to learn, good for regular training, and can be practiced by people of all ages.

In this class, student will learn the fundamental postures and stances of Sun-Style Tai Chi and receive detailed instruction on the beginner-level Sun-Style Tai Chi 24 form.

Prerequisites: This class is suitable for students of all ages and skill levels. No prior Tai Chi experience is required.
