Sun-style tai chi 24 Form

Sun-Style Tai Chi combines traditional Tai Chi with elements from Xing Yi Quan and Bagua Zhang. Regular practice of Sun-Style Tai Chi enhances blood circulation, strengthens muscles, and increases joint flexibility.

In this session, you will learn the fundamental postures and stances of Sun-Style Tai Chi and receive detailed instruction on the beginner-level Sun-Style Tai Chi 24 form.

Prerequisites: This class is suitable for students of all levels and all ages.
