Description
Tai Chi Flow class focuses on fundamental postures and movements that embody the essence of Tai Chi. Rather than focusing on a specific form, this class teaches simple combinations of foundational movements, allowing students to concentrate on the core principles of Tai Chi without the complexity of a long sequence.

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, breathing, and meditation to cultivate and regulate qi — the body's vital energy. It supports physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through balanced, mindful practice.

This class helps students relax both body and mind while improving strength, balance, and flexibility. Beginners will receive a gentle introduction, while experienced students can deepen and refine their practice.

Prerequisites
This class is suitable for students of all ages and skill levels. No prior Tai Chi experience is required
