Description
Dao Yin is a traditional mind–body practice that harmonizes intention, breath, and posture to support overall health. Rooted in Chinese medical principles such as yin–yang balance, the five elements, and meridian theory, it integrates gentle movement with mindful cultivation.
Developed by Professor Zhang Guangde of Beijing Sport University, the “Dao Yin Yang Sheng 12 Fa” is a set of twelve movements that combine Dao Yin methods with martial-arts movement to improve circulation, organ function, and overall well-being.
In this class, students will learn the twelve movements (Fa), developing coordinated breath and movement, relaxation, and internal balance. The routine is graceful, easy to learn, and suitable for adults of all ages.
Prerequisites
This class is suitable for students of all ages and skill levels.
