New Release • Tai Chi Cane 36 Form

We are excited to announce the initial release of our new Tai Chi Cane 36 Form instructional course.

The Tai Chi Cane 36 Form uses a simple walking stick as a versatile training tool, applying Tai Chi principles of balance, coordination, and the interplay of softness and strength. Drawing on traditional Da Mo Staff methods, it transforms an everyday cane into an effective practice apparatus for fitness and mindful movement.

The Front View and Back View demonstrations of the full form, along with the first lesson covering Forms 1–3, are now available.
