Kung Fu/Tai Chi For Teens/Young Adults

Kung Fu refers to a wide range of external and internal martial arts, encompassing diverse styles, techniques, and philosophies with roots that stretch back centuries.

Tai Chi is a well-known internal martial art that has evolved into a system of exercise and meditation, emphasizing slow, flowing movements.

In this class, students will develop fundamental external and internal martial arts skills, including physical and mental conditioning, proper postures, disciplined practice and self-defense training.

Prerequisite: This class is suitable for teens and young adults of all skill levels.
