Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, breathing, and meditation to cultivate and regulate qi—the body's vital energy. It supports physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through balanced, mindful practice.

Yi Jin Jing (Muscle and Tendon Changing Classic) is a traditional Qi Gong form rooted in martial arts and health cultivation. Its flowing movements promote flexibility, strengthen muscles and tendons, and enhance internal vitality.

This class helps students relax both body and mind while improving strength, balance, and flexibility. Beginners will receive a gentle introduction, while experienced students can deepen and refine their practice.

Prerequisite: This class is suitable for students of all levels and all ages.
