Health Qi Gong – Ba Duan Jin

健身氣功 – 八段錦

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, breathing, and meditation to cultivate and regulate qi—the body's vital energy. It supports physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through balanced, mindful practice.

Ba Duan Jin (Eight Silk Brocade), is a traditional Chinese qigong practice. Each movement is designed to stimulate specific parts of the body and meridians, promoting overall health and well-being.

This class helps students relax both body and mind while improving strength, balance, and flexibility. Beginners will receive a gentle introduction, while experienced students can deepen and refine their practice.
