Health Qi Gong
The Health Qi Gong class focuses on exercises to enhance health and wellness. Students will get relaxation for both their body and mind and improve their strength, balance, and flexibility.
This 8-week session will be focus on the Health Qi Gong, Ba Duan Jin (The Eight Brocades).
Prerequisites: This class is suitable for students of all levels and all ages.
