The Open Tai Chi foundation performed Tai Chi and Qi Gong demo at the 2025 Millbrae Lunar New Year Festival. Our performance was scheduled at 1:00 PM and we invited anyone interested to join in representing our community. We showcased basic Tai Chi and Qi Gong to raise awareness throughout the broader Bay Area community.
