The Competition 42 Form is one of the world’s most popular Tai Chi routines, combining movements from the Yang, Chen, Wu, and Sun styles into a single flowing form. It offers a well-rounded introduction to the distinctive characteristics of each major style while building coordination, balance, and body awareness.
In this 2½-day workshop, Chinese national champion Sifu Amin Wu will lead students through the Competition 42 Form step by step, explaining the principles behind each movement while emphasizing proper structure, transitions, and technique.
This workshop is open to practitioners of all experience levels. Beginners will develop a strong foundation in the form, while experienced practitioners will deepen their understanding through Sifu Wu's detailed instruction, personal corrections, and training tips.
