Wu-Style Tai Chi is characterized by small, circlular, subtle techniques intermixed with large-frame circular movements. Long-term regular practice will improve the practitioners balance and fall prevention. Internally developing tranquility and focus, along with external training through physical movements, students simultaneously cultivate their mind and body, leading to a balanced wellbeing.

In this class, students will review the fundamental steps and movements of Wu-Style Tai Chi followed by review and practice of the Wu-Style Tai Chi 93 Form, finishing up with review of the Wu-Style Tai Chi Broadsword Form.

Prerequisites: This class is suitable for intermediate-to-advanced level students who have already learned the Wu-Style Tai Chi 93 Form and/or the 13 Form Broadsword.
