Description
Sun-Style Tai Chi combines traditional Tai Chi with elements from Xing Yi Quan and Bagua Zhang. Regular practice of Sun-Style Tai Chi enhances blood circulation, strengthens muscles, and increases joint flexibility.
In this class, students will learn foundational steps and practice techniques of Sun-Style Tai Chi through an introduction to the Sun-Style 24 Form.

Description
Dao Yin is a traditional mind–body practice that harmonizes intention, breath, and posture to support overall health. Rooted in Chinese medical principles such as yin–yang balance, the five elements, and meridian theory, it integrates gentle movement with mindful cultivation.
Developed by Professor Zhang Guangde of Beijing Sport University, the “Dao Yin Yang Sheng 12 Fa” is a set of twelve movements that combine Dao Yin methods with martial-arts movement to improve circulation, organ function, and overall well-being.
In this class, students will learn the twelve movements (Fa), developing coordinated breath and movement, relaxation, and internal balance. The routine is graceful, easy to learn, and suitable for adults of all ages.
