Chen-style tai chi 56 Form - Final Section & Review

Chen-Style Tai Chi is the original style of Tai Chi and is characterized by its circular and spiraling movements that intermix soft flowing movements with fast hard explosive bursts.

In this class, students will learn the last section (part 4) of the Chen-Style Tai Chi 56 Form routine (陳式56式太極拳) and get a comprehensive review of the entire form.

Prerequisites: This class is suitable for intermediate level students who already know the first 3 parts of the Chen-Style Tai Chi 56 Form.
