Chen-style tai chi 36 Form
Chen-Style Tai Chi is the original style of Tai Chi and is characterized by circular and spiraling movements that intermix slow, flowing moves with fast, explosive ones. Low, physically demanding stances accompany slow flowing or fast explosive movements.
This intermediate level class will focus on improving the foundational steps and techniques of Chen-Style Tai Chi through detailed instruction of the Chen-Style Tai Chi 36 Form.
Prerequisites: This class suitable for intermediate level students of all ages. Students need to have learned a Chen-Style beginner form to sign up for this class.
