Chen-Style Tai Chi 24 Form

Chen-Style Tai Chi is the original style of Tai Chi and is characterized by circular and spiraling movements that intermix slow, flowing moves with fast, explosive ones. Low, physically demanding stances accompany slow flowing or fast explosive movements.
Chen-Style Tai Chi 24 Form is composed of 24 selected essential movements from the traditional forms. This beginner level routine is easy to learn, good for regular training, and can be practiced by people of all ages.
In this class, students will learn and practice foundational steps and techniques of Chen-Style Tai Chi through a step-by-step introduction to the Chen-Style Tai Chi 24 Form.
Prerequisites: This class is suitable for students of all ages and skill levels. No prior Tai Chi experience is required.
