Description

Chen-Style Tai Chi is the original style of Tai Chi and is characterized by circular and spiraling movements that intermix slow, flowing moves with fast, explosive ones. Low, physically demanding stances accompany slow flowing or fast explosive movements.

In this class, students will practice foundational steps and techniques of Chen-Style Tai Chi through a vigorous and engaging training session.

Prerequisites

This class is suitable for students who have learned at least one Chen-Style Tai Chi form.
