32 Form tai chi
32 Form Tai Chi Chuan is based on Yang-style Tai Chi 24 Form but adds more moves, including forms from Sun-Style & Hao-Style Tai Chi. It is one of the most popular international standard Tai Chi routines.
In this class, students will learn and practice foundational Tai Chi steps and techniques and receive detailed, step-by-step instructions on each step of the 32 Form Tai Chi Chuan routine.
Prerequisites: This class is suitable for intermediate level students of all ages.
