Chen-Style Tai Chi is the original style of Tai Chi and is characterized by circular and spiraling movements that intermix slow, flowing moves with fast, explosive ones. Low, physically demanding stances accompany slow flowing or fast explosive movements.

In this class, students will learn foundational steps and practice techniques of Chen-Style Tai Chi through an introduction to the Chen-Style 24 Form.

Prerequisites: This class is suitable for beginners with no prior Tai Chi experience.
